2nd Marking Period

11.    I used the software Photoshop to create this project. First I made the title, Evolution Muay Thai. Then I went to blending options to give it an effect. I checked off Drop Shadow, and Bevel and Emboss. For Drop Shadow I made the opacity 100%, the distance 20px, the spread 14%, and the size 3px. I kept the color black and the blend mode at multiply. Then I found the two logos of Evolution Muay Thai and an example of real Muay Thai fighting to put in the picture. I made both the logos have a blending effect. The one in the right hand corner the effect of satin and a inner shadow. The other logo has an a effect of drop shadow, inner shadow, outer glow, bevel and emboss, contour, satin, and stroke. Then I added no effect on the example of Muay Thai fighting. On the text for what time it is I just gave it the effect stroke. For it's location I gave the text an effect of gradient overlay and outer glow. For the finally text, why, I gave it the effect drop shadow, outer glow, satin, and stroke. For the background I just gave it the effects of color overlay and gradient overlay for this half and half effect.12.   I used the software Photoshop to create this image.  First I found an image of a suit and a texture, I used a stone texture. Then I open the suit file on Photoshop. Then I used the magnetic lasso tool to highlight the top piece and make it to a separate file. Then I opened the stone texture and used the move tool to put it over the suit's top piece. Then I clipped the layers between the suit-extract and the stone texture. Then I made the layer mode color dodge to give it a nice effect.

13. I used the software Photoshop to create this poster. I started by finding a picture of a bag of open potato chips. Then I used the magnetic lasso tool to highlight the bag and make it, it's own layer. Then I copied it and moved it to a new document. Then I found a picture of celery sticks and did the same thing. Then I made it look like the celery was coming out of the potato chip bag. Then I gave the background the effects of inner shadow, outer glow, and gradient overlay. Then to make the celery look more realistic I gave it the effect drop shadow and inner shadow. Then I wrote the needed text and added the Food Bank logo in the corner. 14. I used the software Photoshop to create this project. First I found a picture of a forest and another one of a pumpkin. Then I used the magnetic lasso tool to extract the pumpkin and into the forest. Then I used the pen tool to create the face of the pumpkin. Finally I went to the blending options of each shape and gave it the effects inner shadow, outer glow, inner glow, gradient overlay, and stroke. These effect made the shapes look as they were craved in the pumpkin and a flame was glowing out.

15a. I used the software Photoshop to create this image. First I found a picture of the Dominican Flag and a brick wall. Then I opened the brick wall in a new Photoshop file. Then used the move tool to put the Dominican Flag in the same file. Then I made the flag have a hard light effect. Then I duplicated the brick wall layer and put it above the flag layer. Then I made it have a desaturate, see through. Then I made have a filter of gaussian blur with a blur of 1px. 

Then I selected the flag layer and picked a filter of displace and opened the same Dominican Flag again. Then I made the brick layer have a effect of hard light and set the opacity to 80%.  

15b. I used the software Photoshop to create this image. What I did here is the same as the previous project, but with a picture of myself instead of a brick wall. Then I used the eraser tool to remove the parts of the flag that isn't on my face, to give it a painted face look.

















16. I used the software Photoshop to create this image. First I found a photo that I wanted to have the blur effect and opened it as a smart object in Photoshop. Then I went to filter-blur-motion blur, to give it the effect I want. I set the motion blur to 25px. Then I picked the brush tool with a soft edge and painted the places I didn't want to have the blur effect. I just painted the man punching to give an effect of the other guy being hazy from being punched. 

17. I used Photoshop to create this photo. First I found an image I wanted to Photoshop. Then instead of using the magnetic lasso I used a different method of selecting a part of the picture.  First I used the zoom tool to get a better view. Then I clicked the default color button to set the foreground color to black and the background to white. Then I went to quick mask mode. Then I used the brush tool and set it to the right adjustments for this photo and I painted over the place I wanted to select, which gave it a red tint. Then I switched the foreground and background colors again to select the area I painted over. Then I went to select and inverse it, which makes it I only select the parts I painted over. What I did after is press Crtl+Shift+J to make the selected part it's own layer. Finally I gave the selected part a filter of inner shadow and outer glow.

18. I used Photoshop to create this image. First I made a duplicate layer of the picture. Then I clicked convert for smart filter. Then I gave the picture a gaussian blur effect and used the radius slider to blur the image the way I want. Then I changed the layer style to screen. Then I added a layer mask to the image. Then I picked the brush tool with a soft edge brush and clicked the airbrush button for the brush. I made the opacity 40%. I painted over his lips, eyes, and tattoo to bring them out more.

• 3: The skills I learned in this lesson was how to give photo filters and combine different pictures together.

19. I used Adobe Illustrator to create this. First I created the body of the flash drive by using a combination of the rectangle and ellipse tool to create a rectangle and a oval. Then I put on smart objects. Then I put the rectangle and oval using the section tool and untied them using Pathfinder. Then I filled out the new shape using the gradient tool. Then I created two more rectangles with a new gradient effect and give it an Arc effect. Then I created three squares with different sizes, one of them containing their own gradient effect. Then I stacked them over each other and put it over the shape, this is the metal part of a flash drive. Then I made two small rectangles and put it over the metal part. Then 
I used the line segment tool to make the lines separating the black rectangles. Then using the rounded rectangle tool I made the little sticker for the flash drive and colored it while. I then used offset path by -3 px on it, and changed its gradient effect. Then using the text tool to write the information of the flash drive. 

20. I used Adobe Illustrator to create this. First I created a rectangle with a red color and give it rounded corner effect of 40px. Then I expanded the rectangle. Then I offset path it by -4px and filled the new shape with a linear gradient with a stroke of 1px. Then I offset path again with -2px and give it a new gradient effect. Then I offset again with -2px and a new gradient effect. Then I create a black rectangle that I put in the rectangles. Then I offset path with -2px and a gradient effect of gray to black. Then I create a new rectangle with a effect of rounded corners and expanded the appearance. Then I offset path and fill the new shape with its own color and give it the effect inner glow. Then I select one of the previous shapes and make a copy of it. I move it above the other shapes and bring it to the front. Then I make a taller rectangle that covers 2/3 of the last shape and with pathfinder minus font them. Fill the new shape created with white and a opacity of 20%. Then you make the buttons on top with rounded corners and expand appearance. Then you create the buttons near the middle with the arrow keys. First you create a circle and rectangle with rounded corners then using pathfinder minus font them. Making a rectangle that splits the new shape in half that's smaller height wise then the last one you made. Then using pathfinder you select the two previous shapes and divide them. Then you create the number buttons. Then using transform option you multiple the button as a short cut so you don't have to make everyone individually. Then to make the speaker you make a circle using the ellipse tool. Then you make a gradient mesh and correct the points. Then make another circle with the ellipse tool to put in the middle. Then add three black dots in the middle of that. Add the needed text to it and then select all the objects and group them together.
